One Juniors Curriculum

One's curriculum has been designed to develop players not teams: at One Juniors we place great emphasis on technical ability, which is reflected on the individual contact time of player and ball, working on all aspects of the game.

  • Soccercize - Improve your flexibility and coordination.
  • Instructional Sessions - Develop all round foundation skills.
  • Speed/Agility/Quickness - Learn to move like the pros.
  • Daily Champions League - Scrimmage every day in the mini champions league.
  • Going 4 Goal - Enhance your finishing skills.

ONE Skills Challenge
One has devised four unique skills challenges, which bring together a physical and technical aspect of the game. Players are timed on each challenge and receive a certificate at the end of the course. The challenges allow the player to clearly see their strengths and weaknesses, encouraging them to improve the latter so they can challenge themselves on the next course looking to beat their previous recorded time.

One Skills Challenge: - Turn and Dribble - Run and Pass - Sprint to Shoot - In the Air

Ages 6 to 9 yrs The One Juniors curriculum has been specifically designed for the younger player.
