Lloyd brings over 20 years of valuable Youth coaching experience to one. Soccer Schools. While developing his coaching philosophy, Lloyd worked with youth soccer players from the professional to recreational levels, and has coached all ages and both genders.

This philosophy is based on the belief that the correct training environment is the key to success.  He believes, "The role of the coach is to create the best possible learning environment for the player. As coaches we must create an environment that is both enjoyable to be part of but also challenges and educates the player. Players like and want you to challenge them."

Lloyd moved to the United States with his wife, Heidi, eight years ago.  They reside in Santa Barbara. Lloyd & Heidi have been married for 11 years and have been together for 17 years. They have a cat named Zico, after the famous Brazilian #10!
