one. Soccer Schools Implements Innovative Restwise Recovery Technology in Programs
one. Soccer Schools is excited to announce its partnership with Restwise, a tool that fosters training programs through recovery monitoring. OSS will use Restwise with its U14 and older players in day and residential programs, thereby allowing athletes and coaches to improve training plans to maximize performance, avoid overtraining, and reduce the risk of injury and illness.
All athletes recover differently from training. Since OSS is known for its intense programs, focusing on skill development and tactical awareness, the benefits of Restwise will optimize these programs and develop elite athletes who will edge out the competition. Coaches will monitor players daily and analyze the Restwise results to create training plans that nurture development, protect against injury, and produce more efficient training.
