Our 4 day camp focuses on building, creating and finishing, counter pressing, counter attacking, and pressing. Each day there are themes that will enhance a player’s mobility, strength, and agility. The include loading resistance, loading strength, tapering speed, and scenarios in matches. Through this guided curriculum athletes will be prepared for the upcoming club or high school season.
