Goalkeeper Sessions Elite Week 5 Day Program

DAY 1

• Footwork
• Ball handling
• Ready stance
• Introduction to diving techniques.

DAY 2

• Studying angles
• Shot stopping
• Advanced diving techniques

DAY 3

• Crossing (J Run Technique)
• Proper catching techniques
• Communication
• Distribution from hands

DAY 4

• Distribution from feet (Driving and wedging – laces, passing – inside of foot)
• Field positioning (How to connect with the back row)

DAY 5

• Weekly overview
• Goalkeeper war contest
